DAY 1 : meet and greats" at Hotel les Airelles , in les Carroz at 9:30am on friday

From Morzine considered as the MTB Mecca in Europa we will ride the round tour of Portes du Soleil resort, the widest ski resort of the world, with more than 650 Kms of slopes!
We will cross the Swiss border to pass in the villages of Morgin, Champoussin, Crosets. We will pass underneath the “Dents du Midi” mountain range in a fantastic environment of glaciers and high mountains! !
A great day of mountain bike awaits you! ! !

DAY 2 :

Riding in the legendary area of Chamonix under the 'Lord of the Alps', the Mont Blanc, is a dream destination for many mountain bikers. We will realize this dream by crossing the valley with the aid of the lift at Le Tour via Flegere, providing our descent into the valley of Vallorcine on a beautiful singletrack which slaloms under the larch trees.
With this exceptional landscape and the varying trails, it will satisfy the hungriest of mountain bike riders. Some time after the days ride spent visiting Chamonix to absorb the historic alpine mountain ambiance and gaze up at the Mont Blanc as you meander through the streets or sit and drink a well deserved beer, you can't help but be in awe of its presence.

DAY 3 (Sunday) :

Starting from Les Carroz, in the heart of the Grand Massif, this day will offer you a fantastic ride between the valleys of the Giffre and Arve rivers, between green mountain pastures and grey rock slabs. We will reach the top of the Flaine ski resort at 2500m of altitude with the use of a gondala lift. From the top of Flaine the views are spectacular of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains, where on a clear day it is possible to see 200km south over the Alps.
The downhill descent of 1500m and 12km ride back to the chalet is just the perfect way to end a weekend... Followed by a beer of course!

Informations pratiques

An original route and little attended, far from crowd to be closer to the nature and mountain, without bags and concern!! \r\nA manner of discovering the area under another angle by combining mountain bike, delicatessens and good mood! \r\nGood whole what!\r\n\r\nTRANSPORT: \r\nThe transport of the people, the luggage and the bicycles is ensured by a vehicle 4X4 9 places and a trailer.\r\n\r\nVous roulerez sur Morzine et les Portes du Soleil, Chamonix et le Grand Massif à l'aide des rémontées mécaniques: la crème de la crème en quelque sorte!!\r\n\r\nVous serez logés pour toute la durée du sejour dans la station des Carroz au coeur du Grand Massif et gouterez tous les soirs aux délices de la cuisine savoyade. Vous pourrez aller piquer une tête dans la piscine ou vous poser en terrasse face a la chaine des Aravis...

Stages from 5 to 6 hours per day on average, progressive stages though never very stiff, uneven positive maximum of 500 meters and use of ski lifts, it is preferable to have a correct physical condition as well\r\nas a correct technical level in order to have pleasure throughout the ride.\r\n\r\nBEARING\r\nYou will carry only your personal effects of the day. The bicycles follow in the trailer to go to the starting point of each excursion.\r\n\r\nPhysical Fitness: 3/5\r\nTechnical Skills: 3/5 to 4/5\r\n \r\nDistance 145 km \r\nAscent 1000 m \r\nDescent 4200 m \r\n\r\nVous êtes un (une) passionné(e)de VTT. Vous roulez 3 a 4 fois par semaine pendant au moins 1h30. Vous etes capable de rouler a rythme élevé pendant de courtes periodes (15 minutes) et êtes capable de fournir un effort anaérobie pendant 3 a 5 minutes. Vous pouvez rouler plus de 4 heures en endurance et grimper 1000 mètres de denivllé positif par jour sur 5-6 jours. Pousser ou porter le vélo pendant 10 a 15 minutes ne vous effraie pas.\r\nVous avez de l'expérience et avez déjà roulé dans différentes situations (sol mouillé ou boueux, racines, pierres, virages serrés..) Vous appreciez les singletrack pentus et le challenge. Vous êtes capable de passer des virages en épingle sur un singletrack et aimeriez progresser. Rouler avec de la pente sur le coté ne vous fait pas peur.\r\n

Français : L'accompagnement par un moniteur de VTT diplômé d'état, la pension complète à partir du repas du vendredi midi au repas du midi du dimanche, les transferts durant le séjour et le transport des bagages, les remontées mécaniques.\r\n\r\nEnglish : The guiding by a graduated French bilingual mountain bike guide, all meals from lunch on friday of arrival to lunch on Sunday of departure, 2 nights in guest house or hôtel in double room, the transport of your personal effects, the road transfers and lift passes.\r\n

In a charming and cosy guest house, in fact a real mountain chalet! \r\nRooms for two people. They are of good comfort, with hot shower, and make it real possible to rest after a good day of mountain biking! Possibility of washing and repairing the bicycles at the guesthouse\r\n\r\nTHE MEALS \r\nThey are taken at the hotel (breakfast and dinner) At lunch time, a true cold meal, generally composed of varied salads, pork-butchery, products regional, etc.\r\n\r\nEn hôtel\r\n\r\nRESTAURATION :\r\nPension complète.
